Development Reveal
This project has been in development for over 10 years, this started way back in 2011 as a side project and never really saw the light of day. This is about to change. See the X-47B was an experimental aircraft for the US Navy before being retired after completing some proof of concepts. I became enamored by it's design, it is sleek and menacing looking and perfect for a new UAV in FlightGear. Problem was this project stalled and started so many times and never saw any public release, so nobody could use it or improve on it. The idea was to develop an unmanned aircraft that could get off the runway on it's own, and then fly to user specified locations and then hopefully land without problem... I had the first two down, never could get the last one... The aircraft itself is a modified version of the B-2, from FlightGear.
